Do I need a doctor referral?No. In the state of Illinois you have direct access to physical therapy without a doctor referral but some insurance companies may require one. Check with your insurance company if you plan on getting reimbursed.

Do you accept insurance?At this time I am out of network and am a cash based practice. Payment is required at time of service. If needed I will provide you with a receipt of your services that you can submit to your insurance company. I am working on getting in network with some providers and will update this website as soon as we are in network with commercial insurances and medicare.

How are your services provided?We are a telehealth physical therapy provider. During a secured video call we will acquire your past medical history, assess your range of motion, strength and mobility. A plan of care will be made from our findings and discussed with you. A treatment plan will be implemented that will focus on your goals.

Is telehealth PT appropriate for me?At any time during our free consultation call or our video calls, if our findings suggest you are not appropriate you will be referred to the appropriate provider.

What do I need for a telehealth appointment?All you need is a device with a webcam, internet access and a comfortable space.
